The total number of undeliverable messages is the sum of the messages with Error codes and Blocked messages.
The majority of the Error/Blocked messages result from attempts to deliver a message to a landline. The common reports you will see associated with landline delivery attempts are: Destination rejected message 750 spam [counted as blocked]; Invalid destination number 720 landline [counted as error]; and To number: +1XXX1234567, is not a mobile number [counted as error].
Destination rejected message 750 spam errors are counted as blocked instead of errors because the message is likely being sent to a VoIP ("Voice over Internet Protocol") landline which have more capabilities than traditional landlines but still cannot receive texts. As a result, the landline provider flags these as spam.
Sometimes the message delivery fails for unknown reasons, in which case you will receive an error code 30008 [counted as error]. It is possible the phone was turned off or roaming and the message may be delivered at a later time.
Spam detected 189 spam are counted as blocked as result from carriers blocking the message before delivery attempt, usually because of links in the body of the message. Try changing the content of your message if you receive too many blocked messages with this error.
