You can limit which agents see which actions/messages by using our role assigning feature.
For example, you can create an Action and specify that you only want people with a certain role(s) to be able to see it in the app.
To do this, go to the Agents tab and look up the user(s) that you want to be able to view the Action. Click on the blue 'Manage User' text to the right hand side of their name. From the drop down options, click on 'Update User.'
You'll then see a field at the top titled 'Roles' which is where you can add special roles to agents. To add a role for a specific Action, you can add a role such as "Action34" to all of the agents you want to have access to that Action, OR you can add a role such as "VIP" or essentially any other word you want. You may find it easier to use a role that's not named after a specific Action in case you want to give the same group of people special access to another Action later.
Remember to separate roles with a comma and don't forget to click 'Update' at the bottom to save.
Then, to change/set the visibility of whichever Action you'd like to apply this to, you'd go to the 'Specify User Audience (Optional)' tab when you're editing/creating your Action.
Scroll down to the 'User Targeting' section and you'll see a field labeled, "Only show to users with these roles." This is where you'd type in the role you created.
Once you click Save, that Action will only be visible to agents who were assigned that role.
